Mental Health 101

This interactive mental health training is designed for for Fort Zumwalt High School students and caregivers and provides a foundational overview of mental health concerns and how to provide support to those living with mental health diagnoses.
Topics include:
- Signs and symptoms when students become dysregulated
- Physical changes in the brain when students become dsyregulated
- Development of health and effective coping skills
- Resources students can use at home and school
- Completion of self-care plan (if desired)
