Robert A. Hughes III is a dynamic business leader with extensive experience in business development, strategic planning, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Business Development Officer at Behavioral Health Response since June 2024, Robert leads the design and implementation of comprehensive business strategies that focus on fostering long-term relationships to achieve annual revenue goals. His expertise includes monitoring market trends, developing targeted marketing campaigns, and managing contract negotiations, all while ensuring alignment with the organization's operational goals.

Before his current role, Robert held the position of Director of Development at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri, where he successfully created and implemented development strategies that exceeded fiscal goals, developed annual budgets, and mentored multiple teams. His leadership was pivotal in cultivating partnerships and engaging new donors through innovative fundraising efforts.

As Vice President of Business Development at RightSize Solutions, Robert was instrumental in overseeing organizational and leadership development, aligning operational procedures with revenue goals, and achieving a notable 20% growth in the western region within just the first quarter of 2022.

Robert's career also includes significant roles in account management and sales, having managed public sector accounts for T-Mobile across seven states and achieving outstanding sales results. As the owner of S&R Marketing LLC, he demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit by achieving six consecutive years of account growth and consulting for various industries, including cybersecurity and concessions.

His earlier experience includes pivotal sales management positions at Samsung, Cintas, and ADT Security, where he consistently exceeded sales targets and developed strong client relationships.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Robert is an active member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., where he has provided leadership and direction to promote community involvement and education. He also served as the Head Basketball Coach and Athletic Director at Construction Careers High School, where he managed sports budgets and daily operations.
